Even after seeing the collection backstage I was still excited to see the runway, and the spectacle didn’t disappoint against a backdrop of a vintage illustrated tableaux, complete with a neon Jensen rabbit signature.  Even if you are already familiar with Peter Jensen The Fashion in Motion catwalk was the ample opportunity to really see how his designs have evolved over ten years.  From the classic  shift dresses of ’Mildred’ of SS2002, the punches of colour from ‘Mink’ SS2008 complete with feather bags; right up  to the present collection of monochrome, and gingham of ‘Nina’ SS12. With the innovative sunglasses design of the century a choice of retro cat or rabbit ears; the crowd gave a huge applause when Mr Jensen himself took his end of show bashful bow.
