Since my Rococo chocolate rendezvous with ACHICA I have been collating a selection of home, beauty and tech finds spanning Lomography, Rituals and Orla Kiely. If you didn’t already know Achica is a members-only, online home and lifestyle store featuring curated discounted sales of homewares, fashion accessories, childrenswear and more, each lasting for a limited time. To get the most out of the site is a mix of patience and waiting for the things you really want. Armed with a £150 gift voucher I acquired a mixed bag of plush cushions, patterned linoleum floors and glassware.
The online site has a tendency to make you buy things that don’t necessarily correlate, you may visit to stock up on some stylish cookware, and then stumble across some irresistible jewellery and add it to your basket. The only thing to note is the time it can take for delivery, items are dispatched when the flash sale is over, and time then depends on the individual supplier. I didn’t get this K Living cushion through my door until ordering nearly a month and a half ago. Nonetheless Achica can be a treasure trove of original pieces.
