September is the cornerstone for change and renewal. Back to school means more to me than a feature on the editorial calendar. I have been a full-time mum for around eight years and I have been counting down the hours, minutes and seconds until all four kids are in school full time. My twins are a blessing, but they came at a time when I was making big plans and my son was finally going to primary school. At the time I felt like I was starting all over again, and that is around the time I blogged more seriously as I wanted to have something to show for my time at home, when it came time to go back to work. Now it is only a matter of days until the twins start reception and I could not be happier.

They are all set with new dresses, school shoes and covetable backpacks that no one else on the playground will have. The Hype x Barbie collaboration was one of the hottest collections for the summer and my little girl gets to rock up to the school gates wearing this bag.  I just love It is all about original personalised gifts, and isn’t this pink unicorn dream backpack adorable? I was able to get it customised with her name, which adds that special touch.

I am a still a full time mum but thanks to this blog I have added Photographer to my quiver. I am looking forward to cultivating new brand relationships and continuing to work with the brands I love with more creative projects, now that I have the time. The past six and half years I have been able to achieve so much, the possibilities are endless and I can’t wait to show you exactly what I can do with more hours under my belt. Expect lots of fresh and original content on my social channels ( Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram) a regular posting schedule for this blog, & mini adorn kids.
