Backstage Ones To Watch

You can’t really beat the buzz of backstage there’s half an hour to go until the official call time of the catwalk, and all is going on make-up, hair, fittings, and you the photographer getting right in to the mix to capture the atmosphere whilst also trying not to get in the way. It’s always great to see Rebekah Roy who is really a styling force, completely organised in the chaos, and getting all the looks together; the Vauxhall Fashion Scout backstage is unique as it has three designer collections about to go up so really three times the charm. This year official OTW winners were Anna Sofie Madsen, Heohwan Simulation, Myrza De Muynck and Nova Chiu , (congratulations) four unique collections that had to marry a hair, and beauty look that could be cohesive amongst all the looks. Dark eyes, with a lined feline flick and nude pink lips was styled with severe groomed buns, Nova Chiu adding in another option of brightly coloured wrapped ponytails, you will see how it all comes together in the next post.
