Touch Of Gold
Cleopatra herself was rumored to have used gold masks to enrich her skin, and I opted for a touch of luxury when looking through the beauty department of Groupon. I was lucky enough just be just in time to buy the Belavada Touch of gold skincare set normal retail price £81 for just £24.99 with a Groupon voucher. It’s obviously not there now, you have to be on the constant look out for the deal for you, but I wouldn’t even consider now booking a spa break or treatment without checking the app to catch a generous deal. The skincare set comes in a rose gold gift box with satin lining, and includes a 50ml day cream, with flecks of 24ct gold foil, the cream has a great balance between light and rich , and absorbs very quickly. A 70ml facial cleanser which both exfoliates and cleanses the skin, whilst being enveloped by a lovely tangerine fragrance. it is a smooth liquid gel so don’t expect the grainy rough texture of your usual scrubs. The face & body soap is the best surprise, it looks so luxurous a sheer bar dotted with the gold foil with an extra touch of green tea, and apple. The texture is like a hard congealed jelly, and was so moisturising when I washed my face. Last but not least the Belvada eye cream, which is more like a smooth gel that needs no more than one pump, a little goes a very long way as it freshens, and brightens up the skin under the eyes.
