Mortons was the luxury setting for an intimate breakfast with Camille Goutal, and Isabelle Doyen, the perfumiers behind cult French perfume house Annick Goutal. In 1981, Camille’s mother Annick opened her first shop Rue de Bellechasse in Paris, creating fragrances with the best ingredients designed to evoke a story. The Annick Goutal Petite Cherie is actually a heart warming tribute to her daughter Camille.
The breakfast was all about introducing their oriental fragrance family collection Les Absolus, utilising raw materials and the essences of Oud wood, vanilla bean and amber. The trio of eau de Parfum 1001 Ouds, Vanille Charnelle and Ambre Sauvage which will be exclusive to Harrods, showcased new chic bottle designs and luxe packaging. The Vanille Charnelle fragrance review is now live on Adorn girl beauty it really was such an honour to meet the duo, their passion for fragrance was effervescent, and I had complete studio envy, to visit the space first hand is definitely on my bucket list.
