When the fashion press coin the term futuristic there is the notion of the distant future of hovering cars, and the like, scientific breakthroughs that will filter into our wardrobes to reflect the technological advances of an imagined future lifestyle. In the few seasons that I have seen the collections by  Erevos Aether I can not help but tag ‘futuristic’ to his vision the alien like creations would not look out-of-place on a star wars set on some imperial princess as she made her way across the universe settling peace treaties. Entitled M45 Pleiades Erevos Aether realises  seven looks for AW 12/13 venturing to the middle of the Galaxy to meet the Seven Sisters, The Pleiades, daughters of Atlas. Erevos collaborated with Anomalous Visuals capturing ethereal visuals putting the designers search for light in to motion.
