It is always a great idea to revisit tech reviews. It is cool to highlight exactly how it fits into your everyday life, moving on from initial impressions. A year on, the Android Huawei Ascend G7 is my phone that I genuinely love, and has replaced my Nokia Lumia 1020. With its large 5.5″ screen and quality  13mp camera it has been an asset when it comes to Blogging. I have ben able to use the phone to take more wide angle shots when my 50mm couldn’t suffice, and has sit naturally amongst the pictures taken my Canon 650d on this blog.  Case in point my last trip to Versailles for HP.  All the wide angle shots were taken with the Huawei.

The initial review mentioned the quick capture function, and panorama feature that I don’t necessarily use, but with VSCO and Photoshop lightroom photo editing apps, photos taken  are enhanced and vibrant on the bright screen. Another great feature has always been the battery life  once fully charged I know I don’t have to worry about for at least 3-4 hours, and double that time when I use the power saving option. Ideal for LFW as there is no time to waste to charge the phone. The negative is still the super slow email sync but I have bypassed this problem by downloading the outlook email app and using that instead, which has brought everything up to speed. The large clear HD screen is great for watching and streaming Netflix and YouTube.  This is such a great phone and for future reference its pronounced HA-Wah-Way.
