All Man
For anyone in any doubt about the validity of graduates you need to pay close attention to Ichiro Suzuki. Menswear to me has never been a genre that I have been overly fanatical about, I only love Christopher Shannon so much because his collections are something I could steal from my husbands wardrobe, no one batting an eyelid that it was actually supposed to be menswear. The suits, oh the suits, this designer has created my favourite collection from graduate catwalk season so far, the suits are sharp with a touch of baker boy; think English gentry in bow ties, and pin stripe; with the modern swag of Labyrinth or Tinchy stryder in the fur collar. The ombre trench coat with pixellated squares in gradient grey to range, and matching trousers, normally you would think play it down wear one piece at a time but now I can’t imagine it any other way. This is a man who wants to look good a modern Ozwald Boateng that wants to just so, even matching the gloves to the jacket; only a finger snap can really sum up how boom this collection is ( see bringing out the jamaican, that’s how much I loved it).
