The sun is definitely a wake up call to anyone’s beauty routine, and this early bout of “summer” showed me how unprepared my nails were. I have always had quite dry hands, and recently I have been neglecting them, with the skin at the sides of the fingers starting to peel. The punishment of constantly washing dishes, and general house work, I believe I have house wife hands. In this day and age it is no excuse as there are so much things out there, and trying to stick to my New Year resolution of looking after myself , turning to QVC (I don’t know what I would do without it )I have invested in this kit 4 Piece Nail Rejuvenation Collection by Leighton Denny. Having run out of the cuticle oil, this kits contains it, and more, and it promises to give my nails a new lease of life, and it’s much needed as press season is not over and there’s nothing more unsightly than unkept hands.

A good start is to file your nails Leighton Denny have the coolest crystal file, which turns the nail end to dust therefore creating a clean edge, which will help with splitting nails, and other common nail problems. my cuticles are the bane of my life, and this little baby blue miracle worker is designed to remove & rectify cuticles whilst also condition the nail bed. apply one pump to each nail massage in , and leave for 3-4 minutes, and then gently push back with the hoof stick provided in the pack. I have a stainless steel hoof stick by tweezerman, and I found the cuticles just flaked away. Afterwards rinse your hands

Use side 1 of the Duplex Buffer titled Refine, this will help set a smooth surface, then apply a small dot of the nail repair therapy cream, and massage in to each nail, After one session you do actually see a richness to the nail surface. Use the other side of the Duplex buffer titled shine, and your nails are now buffed, shiny, and clean for any polish or to leave naked. Extra steps to really moisture the nail, and skin is to apply the slick tips the nail, and cuticle oil, which will add lustre to the nails. (If you want to apply varnish do this step last, as the nail colour will just slide off ) An added bonus is the Cuti-lips which is a minty creamy balm that you can use to moisturise both your lips, and nails.
