Wild Thing

I don’t really post about ad campaigns I get the release admire the photos, and leave aside but this Mulberry campaign is the ultimate in childhood nostalgia.  If you are a lover of books how could you not recognise the replica tableaux of Where The Wild things Are, was one of my favourite books as a child that I read time and time again getting lost in the illustrations by Maurice Sendak of giant horned creatures.  Who else could bring the story to life but Tim Walker as Lindsay Wixson a fashion realised ‘Max,’ plays hide & seek in the forest; instead of the worn and tatty monster costume donning the AW12 Mulberry collection of shaggy fur coats carrying the latest Alexa zig zag bag and Del Ray.
