A Hairy Tale

Hair is such a strange thing  a source of beauty that grows and holds the timeline to our own existence, the mark of grey precluding the onset of age, vibrant colours a way to express personality, and individuality or even the source of ones power (Samson the ultimate example of a mans power because of his tresses).  Skye a model I met months back herself even said that people thought she was plain, (she is not) until she let down her from a bun, at which she released a bum skimming red halo of Rapunzel loveliness; her source of power that makes her unique, and memorable.  Nina Khazani created a selection of accessories with human hair, she expressed that she was fascinated not just by the material itself but public reaction to it; she mused how it is so beautiful but once it is cut there becomes the connotation that it is dirty. My favourite pieces were the layered drop earrings and necklace that is all one piece like some sort of regal Mayan  attire.  The individual ponytails that you can choose how to adorn. a bag charm, or a clever twist on a bow tie? or possibly as a ring with long blonde tail, I am sure all would cause a stir.
