Her “oooh are you wearing foundation?” Me,  “no I just washed my face” I know it sounds really bad but I tend to just wash my face with water, and grab whichever moisturiser was open from various goodie bags, and then I’m off, spending most of my getting ready time picking my jewellery, making sure the kids have everything they need, and then getting dressed leaving me little time to think about skin care as I don’t want to be late. At the offer to test the new look range of St Ives Apricot scrubs by either invigorating, firming, and soothing sensitive skin; I opted to try the blemish control, I have combination skin so it does what it feels like, sometimes lovely and clear and then breakouts as if I were a teenager. It’s not like I am lazy  I tend to start a beauty regime , and it works for a while but I find that it can be too harsh or not make a difference at all.  The apricot scrub is oil free and specific for oily/blemish prone skin ( step up Adorngirl) I have been testing it for over two weeks sometimes in the morning other times as night, and I am really impressed.  The thick granules you can really feel scrubbing your skin,  there is no need to overwork just massage gently on to damp skin, and then rinse, trust me your skin will be so soft, and clear with regular use, the her at the beginning of this post is my sister she really thought I was wearing make-up my skin has visibly improved. It is a 150ml bottle which is a bargain at only  £3.99 at boots, and you know it will last long as you don’t need to use a lot to get full coverage on your face, having introduced Simple hydrating light moisturiser as well, I finally feel confident about my skin.
