Nip + Fab Skincare Vitamin C Fix

Fab Fix

Nip + Fab are on a mission to solve our skincare needs. This winter they are asking you directly what your skin needs are and have created bundles to take full care of your regime. My skin can be quite dull and I suffer from hyperpigmentation. Over the years I have had an on-off relationship with multiple skincare brands and finding it all quite lacklustre. When the invitation from the Nip +Fab team arrived in my inbox to try the range, it was divine timing. A hop skip and and a postman’s knock, the vitamin C hyperpigmentation and dark spot SPF kit bundle was delivered. I was given 4-6 weeks to try the collection to really get a feel for the products and here we are.

What exactly did I try? and what each product boasts to do

What did I think?

Let’s start by saying that whatever regime you use, consistency is everything and will drive the best results. After using twice there was a noticeable difference in the luminous of my skin, and with the continued use I have visibly seen an improvement in dark marks. A pet peeve was the lack of directions in terms of order of use and how often to use each product. For my old eyes, the direction labels on the actual products were tiny. I was using the concentrate twice a day before moisturising, and it was only through an instagram story that I found out 3-5 times weekly was enough. The SPF moisturiser was a little grey and cloudy on my black skin, but did sink in after persistent massaging. My favourite from the range is definitely the brightening pads, although bear in mind to really seperate them as they are thinner than you think. I would definitely recommend, but please bear in mind if you mix and match your skincare the vitamin C component does not mix with some products form the Ordinary range.
